The International Federation of Corporate Football (FIFCO), announced today its official world ranking, with the country of Oman toping the list of the World’s best corporate football team.

After the results of the first World Corporate Champions Cup, FIFCO developed a simple chart for calculating points to award the various countries, both members and non-members and tabulate them onto a general table.  The Sultanate of Oman ranks the highest with their representative team of Petroleum Development of Oman toping the list.  A close second is Italy with the Milan-based Sportland and Mexico in third with Gambeta 7, despite winning the first world championship.

“I am delighted to see this day of launching a world ranking, this has been in the making for quite some time,” said Albert ZBILY, president of FIFCO.

FIFCO will continue to develop its list through increased membership and participation at both world and regional tournaments.
